2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
- Punctuality: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled consultation to complete initial check-in.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your session, please notify us via WhatsApp or phone at least 2 to 3 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to other recovering patients.
- Sunday Appointments: Sunday sessions are strictly prior-appointment only and subject to clinical confirmation.
3. Treatment Protocols & Patient Safety
Physiotherapy is an active, collaborative rehabilitation process. Safe recovery requires:
- Accurately disclosing your complete medical history, previous surgeries, heart conditions, metal implants, or pregnancy.
- Immediately informing Dr. Rani during therapy if you feel unexpected sharp pain, dizziness, or numbness.
- Following prescribed home exercise dosages and ergonomic advice as instructed.
4. Home Visit Physiotherapy Terms
Home visits are provided across Bijni and adjacent localities for geriatric, post-surgical, and neurological cases. A safe, well-lit, and clean environment must be provided for the physiotherapist to administer electrotherapy and therapeutic exercises.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any clinical services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chirang/Assam.
